Who we are
The controller of personal data collected through this website is Adamantine Solutions SRL, CUI 44937127, with its registered office at Strada Zboina Neagră 8-10, Bl. 91-95, Ap. 99, Sector 6, 060455 București, Romania. You can contact us about privacy through the contact form or by post at that address.
What we collect and why
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message. We use this information only to read and answer your enquiry and to continue any conversation that follows from it.
The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The readiness check and the Process Lab run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere unless you choose to include them in a message to us.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads no third-party resources. If you switch between the light and dark themes, that preference is stored in your browser's local storage on your device and is never sent to us.
Spam protection
Before the form is sent, your browser solves a small computational puzzle (a proof of work). This protects the form from automated spam without a CAPTCHA and without sharing your data with a third-party verification service.
Where your data is processed
- The website and form service are hosted on Amazon Web Services. Form submissions are processed and delivered by email from the AWS Europe (Frankfurt) region.
- Messages are delivered to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace.
- As with any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address briefly to deliver pages, apply rate limits and protect the service from abuse.
These providers act as our processors under data processing agreements. Where they transfer data outside the European Economic Area, they rely on the safeguards permitted by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship that follows, and no longer than two years after our last exchange unless the law or a contract requires otherwise. If a message cannot be delivered, its content is held in our service logs for up to 14 days so that it can be recovered, and is then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro).
